The Patiala State Monorail Tramway (PSMT) was restored at the Amritsar workshops of NR some years back and has made its way to the National Rail Museum since. The museum steams up the train and runs it on a circular track within the museum on most Sundays between 14:30 and 16:00 hrs. The PSMT is the only surviving and working monorail system in the country!
